Gamma
and Density Co. will present the latest upgrade of 3cP, an on-set
Cinematographer’s Color Correction Program, designed specifically for digital
acquisition. Two versions of 3cP will be demonstrated during the seminar; one
addresses the needs of high-end digital productions, while the other targets
smaller, independent projects.
With
the track record of 19 major feature films and TV productions such as “The
Tudors”, “10,000 BC”, “Kite Runner”, “Babel” and “Iron Man” (currently in
production ) 3cP is now an established, reliable tool, that facilitates precise
communication around the world between DPs , VFX
teams and colorists.
In
the course of the seminar, samples of existing workflows will be demonstrated,
as well as a G&D-designed first ever chart that was developed specifically
for rec.709 HD colors. This new chart designed for needs of cinematographers
and HD cameras calibration.
